Shipping was very fast. Box was much bigger than item, so item was bounced around a lot and was pretty beaten up. Some of the dolls were flipped around and shoes had popped off. I had to open the box and try to pop it into shape and straighten the dolls before wrapping. The dolls aren't very good quality; they don't move easily and are rather stiff. But my niece loves the dolls, and was so excited to get so many in a big box. For the price, I would buy them again.

My daughter received this for her birthday and it is the perfect collection! The dolls are beautiful! She loves it!

My daughter received these dolls as a present last night. In less than 24 hours, two of the dresses have already torn apart (both Belle and Cinderella). Snow White's crown has snapped in half. My daughter knows how to play with this type of doll and can easily dress and undress other dolls of this type by herself. The overall quality of this product is very, very low. While I don't expect toys to last forever, I would expect that a doll's clothing meant for children to play with be durable enough to last through more than one change of costume. This is not worth the money - spend your drachmas at the Disney Store for their princess dolls instead. We've never encountered any quality issues there.
